Our work is identity forward and rooted in research. We work at the intersections of Adult Socio-emotional Learning (SEL), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ), Trauma Healing, and Wellness.

The Teaching Well partners with schools, districts, non-profits, and companies across the country to stabilize adult cultures and create thriving ecosystems that more effectively retain, support, and leverage the brilliance of their teams. We work at the personal, interpersonal, and systemic levels to shift professional teams towards greater wellness and sustainability for all.

Signature Model Services

We know that healing is not linear, and it also does not happen over night.

The Teaching Well’s Signature Model services are 3 to 5 year all-staff engagements that work at the personal, interpersonal and systemic levels to build healthy org cultures.

The services combine whole team Professional Development, Leadership Coaching, Mindful Mentoring for staff, and Research. This multi-tiered approach helps to create a common language for teams to not only do the work of self-care, but to expand into collective care.
