Service Offerings

At TTW, we use a trauma-sensitive and equity-centered approach to hold space and hone strategies for every adult in the school system, from yard monitors to educators, leaders, and superintendents, to increase self and collective wellness. Standing WITH our partners, we amplify collective liberation, increase retention, and improve the emotional climate within adult cultures by offering supports at the personal, interpersonal and systemic levels:

TTW Signature Model

While all of our services provide transformative experiences, we have found the greatest systemic impact for our TTW Signature Model partnerships.

Professional Development

Changing the narrative of what it means to be an educator necessitates an exploration of identity, personal well being, and our ability to communicate with other adults in ways that build bridges and not barriers. With common language and somatic practices, our trainings build the collective wellness skills and systems to stay together and help students thrive. Content titles include Stress Resilience, Connected Communication, and Moving from Trauma to Transformation.

Mindful Mentoring

Co-create pro-social, wellness habits that reinforce the skills from professional development trainings. Through somatic practices and adult SEL strategies, practice managing stress and emotions that impact how you show up in your everyday work.

SChool Site Research

Generate a landscape analysis around campus sustainability by collecting data through interviews and survey questionnaires from teachers, staff, and school administrators. Research findings are used to celebrate practices that are going well and to present high leverage opportunities for system shifts that will increase retention and the wellness of adults in the building.

Executive Coaching

Provide direct support to administrators or leaders of complex systems to help them recognize their own stress cues and ensure change management efforts are decided from a grounded place. Topics include self-regulation, prioritization, boundaries, sustainability, conflict resolution, and how our body is a part of the conversation.

We embed anti-racism into all that we do because we are clear that implicit bias, racism, micro- and macro-aggressions compromise the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health of educators on society’s margins.
